How competative is it to become an Air Battle Manager or Air Force Navigator?
Im just curious on how competitive to apply to those positions are. I had a friend in the AFROTC who told me they had a 100% selection rate for CSOs(navigators)..because only 2 people applied and they were both over 3.5GPA…among other things

Im pretty sure…90% of all AFROTC cadets..always ask to become a pilot…how many usually ask for ABM or CSO?

Also how strict is the flight physical for ABM and CSO…i was told its nowhere near as strict as for a pilot slot…but its still rough…

Also im just curious to know…i was told the USAF is known for its slowest promotions rates…but i was told..that all flight career job officers..which is pilot, ABM, and CSO…they get promoted faster…is that true?

I lost my cellphone at school any ideas on how to find it if it was lost or stolen?
I lost my cellphone from the my house to my school and I think it was either lost in the snow or stolen off the ground or out of my locker. The sad part was that it was on silent so it would only light up. I’ve searched everywhere I could think of and checked the office and asked friend and teachers. We stopped the service and it’s probably dead or broken by now but I at least want to find it. Have any ideas?

The only way you could find it is if it had some sort of GPS system in it.

converting heat to electricity?
Is it possible to rig up a homemade thing that will convert heat from a campfire to electricity? from the little I got searching, I imagine it could be a length of steel pipe connected to a length of copper pipe. lets say 8 feet of steel pipe, threaded to couple to 8 feet of copper pipe. Or…8 feet of steel pipe with 8 feet of copper pipe inside the steel pipe but not touching it. Does this sound right? And if it is right, how do you get it to produce 12 volts dc, or 115 volts ac? I’d suggest just making a small generator that uses steam to spin a tubine that would then spin a magnet in a coil of wire, that is how coal, natural gas, and nuclear power plants all work. I don’t know if your rig will work, but you can buy things that regulate voltage and amperage, even changing the output from dc to ac or ac to dc.

why do you need these? there’s way to many, i doubt to many people are going to answer.

Wow. That list is REALLY long. Like the first answerer said, why do you need these?
In Finding Nemo, Marlin (Nemo’s dad) goes through a lot of anxiety while looking for his son.
Alice from Alice in Wonderland (I really wanted to check if you had that one; I love that movie) seems to have a little anxiety, since she’s having trouble following the skewed logic of Wonderland citizens.
As for other characters from movies near the top of the list, they seem to feel a little depressed and incomplete, like Mulan (felt that she was a disgrace to her family), Tigger (in The Tigger Movie, he didn’t have a family and felt really sad), Beast (in Beauty and the Beast, he’s scared that nobody will like him because he’s pretty darn ugly), etc. You can just watch some of these movies again (it’s fun, trust me) or at least think about the ones you remember fairly well.

Big Trouble in Little China (1986) IMDB rating: 7.10 Plot: Somewhere in the 80s, trucker Jack Burton arrives in a small town to deliver his cargo and win a few bucks playing cards with the locals down at the Chinese market. Practically bankrupting nearly all of his opponents, his friend Wang bets him a game of “double or nothing” to try and regain his cash and loses. Jack wants his well earned money, but Wang explains he doesn’t have the cash on him and that’ll he pay later because he’s due to pick up a long, lost girlfriend from the airport. south korean study abroad in USA?
i am a little skeptical about foreigners get education here and go back to their country.ex: south korean could learn something like nuclear engineer or nuclear physics in US and go back to their country to pass on what their learn (to build weapon, bio warfare, and so on). Moreover, how do you south korean actually 100% south korean? it could be a north korean spy send to south then to US to learn about these things then back to the north korean. that will bring us big trouble. might as well give them guns if they allow them to learn it. it could be any country to do this. china never like usa and still is; they could bring their ppl to study here.
